TOOLMAKER / MACHNINIST Responsibilities:
  • Operates various tool room machining equipment's (like surface grinding, milling, drilling) verifies dimensions, alignments, and clearance of finished parts, using measuring instruments, such, as colipers, gouge blocks, micrometers, and dial indicators.
  • Have experience on Surface grinding machine, Manual, Semi auto, Auto machines
  • Studies drawing or specifications and visualizes shape of die, port, or tool and understand the drawing requirements
  • Able to read drawings and familiar with software Auto CAD
  • Assemble and troubleshooting skill and improve on tooling improvement
Requirements:
  • Diploma from Mechanical Engineering Good conversant in English, Good communication and interpersonal skills in order to work effectively

Asst. Manager Facility & Maintenance

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:

  • Plans, directs, and supervises activities and operations of the territory Facilities Machinery Department.
  • Manages and oversees assigned areas for the purpose of ensuring all buildings and sites with machines are appropriately maintained in accordance with accepted and established district standards.
  • Provides direction to grounds, custodial, and maintenance supervisors, ensuring delivery of a full range of building and grounds maintenance and repair, and supportive work functions; monitors the department activities in compliance with Company objectives and quality control standards and work practices.
  • Supervises department and assigned personnel for the purpose of maximizing the efficiency of the workforce, meeting legal requirements and district objectives, and ensuring the provision of excellent customer service.
  • Oversees employee supervision by working with supervisors and other key staff to select/hire, ensure training, motivate, evaluate, and discipline department employees as necessary.
  • Develops and administers department budget (e.g. plans, controls, monitors, etc.) for the purpose of meeting department objectives in compliance with Company financial guidelines.
  • Establishes and recommends priorities on repair projects, in collaboration with building and department process owners. Plans and oversees all department maintenance and repair functions, including emergency repairs.
  • Attends and/or facilitates meetings for the purpose of receiving and/or conveying information required to perform job functions.
  • Collaborates with appropriate stakeholders for the purpose of receiving instructions, answering questions, scheduling work, carrying out assignments, and providing information about work in progress.
  • Prepares written materials (e.g. work schedules, work orders, solicitations, supporting materials, etc.) for the purpose of documenting and communicating activities as required.
  • Works independently to complete tasks with minimal direction from the superior and exercises discretion appropriately for the best interests of the company.
  • Responds to emergencies for the purpose of addressing immediate safety and health concerns. Effectively assists the urgency issues expeditiously effects temporary repairs when needed.
  • Ensure the maintenance of factory machines and facilities are regularly scheduled for maintenance
  • Assumes responsibility for all facilities and maintenance functions 

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years technical experience in industry machine & facility maintenance preferable in metal stamping
  • At least diploma in engineering field (Mechanical / electrical / Mechatronic)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with hands on experience
  • Efficiency, organization and practical
  • Experience managing team of people
  • Electrical & Mechanical Technical base knowledge
  • Certified Energy Manager & Auditor
  • Knowledge on ISO 14000/140001/180001/9001
  • Six Sigma (Green Belt)

BUYER Responsibilities:
  • Place purchase orders with suppliers for the procurement of production material as required by forecast and the production schedule.
  • Monitoring status of open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of all materials, including timely resolution, communication, and mitigation of future potential problems.
  • Expedite or defer orders as required based on schedule/inventory changes.
  • Determine and establish optimal inventory levels based on forecast, demand variation and material lead times.
  • Coordinate material flows throughout product/BOM changes, obsolescence.
  • Manage the inter-company flow or materials between warehouses locations. M
  • anage and resolve issues regarding PO to invoice discrepancies, returns and quality problems with suppliers.
  • Provide back-up support for supply chain functions including shipping, receiving, material handling and other duties as assigned.
  • Setup & maintain material master system planning parameters (MOQ, lead time, safety stocks
  • Ensure and promote compliance to Company and Procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements :
  • Diploma or degree from any background. Good conversant in English. 2-3 years of experience in a buyer/planner/material scheduler role working for a direct manufacturer.
  • Expert applied knowledge of SAP, Oracle, forecasting, MRP, transportation, supply chain, inventory management and warehousing disciplines.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite - advanced skills with MS Excel.
  • Able to influence others & manage conflict.
  • Ability to self-direct and take constructive action in ambiguous situations.

ASSISTANT ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding and carrying out all tasks given by the Senior Engineer.
  • Collaborating with other engineers and workers to design, develop, test, and improve products and engineering processes.
  • Performing regular inspections of equipment and scheduling maintenance or repairs. 
  • Inspecting inventory and reporting inconsistencies as well as ordering more materials.
  • Evaluating all products and processes and ensuring standardization of quality assurance measures. 
  • Calibrating and troubleshooting equipment as required.
Requirements :
  • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
  • Any experience on Electro Polishing and Anodizing more value added
  • Understand how to set up a plating operation • Understand on DOE, Continuous Improvement, and Statistical Process Control.
  • Should have a thorough understanding of metals, chemistry, environmental compliance, and manufacturing principles.
  • Additional qualifications include the ability to multi-task, work effectively on a team, and understand safety and quality requirements.
  • Verbal and written communication skills are also vital, along with the ability to use relevant computer software programs.

PLANNER Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
  • Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
  • Determine equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
  • Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
  • Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption,
  • Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectivesetc.)
  • Prepare and submit status and performance

Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree in any field.
  • Having Experience in the same position is required.
  • Excellent knowledge of production planning.
  • Computer literate in using Ms. Office application (Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook) and has experience in using SAP would be an advantage.
  • Bilingual proficiency - English and Bahasa both written and spoken, language proficiency would be an advantage.
