LOGISTICS PROCESS ENGINEER
Job Responsibilities:
- Participation and co-ordination of logistics projects or work packages as assigned by the supervisor (using necessary PM/PMO tools), always in accordance to the global logistics strategy.
- Planning/ implementation (moderation) of project meetings, workshops or steering committee meetings for giving project updates.
- Rollout of logistics projects in a well-defined manner locally in a sustainable manner.
- Be supportive on the continuous equipping and knowledge enhancement of the logistics Operation's team and teach them the use of logistics software functions and tools to enhance their work performance.
- Drive improvement action points or tasks as assigned.
- Creation of new functional requirements specifications for IT solutions as guided by the supervisor.
- Data analysis and BI reporting: Create reports, data sources and statistics to provide a basis for professional decision making. Developing, evaluating and interpreting key figures and transferring them into process improvements.
- Train and equip staff to use software tools or queries (prepared ones) to streamline their work and reduce on manual content as much as possible.
Job Requirements:
- Completed degree in logistics / industrial engineering;
- Fluent level English (written/ spoken);
- Preferably having relevant working experience in a logistics industry;
- Secure IT Skills, especially in MS Office applications;
- Good moderation and presentation skills; Inquisitive and quick learner;
- Ability to work in a team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily supervision of employee attendance discipline and work performances Provide guidance, training, coaching, counselling for operators with work related performance problem or any other disciplinary issues
- Regular review with co-workers on work processes and regular update of standard operating procedures Follow all cardinal safety rules and regulations of the department and the company
- Escalate and report to Superior immediately for any disciplinary topics Support supervisor to monitor operational status and to meet department operational KPI Escalate for any foreseeable bottlenecks or symptoms that may lead to KPI failures
- Sustaining the competency level of operations team
- Ensure that all QMS proposed corrective actions are followed up and implemented in due time.
- Diploma of any discipline; Business fluent or native-language
- English (written and spoken);2-3 years of working experience in the warehouse environment as store supervisor; Microsoft office skills;
- Good supervisory skill;
- Innovative and resourceful; Knowledge in export/import regulation in Indonesia
Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute in building Lean Continuous Improvement Culture in the Organization;
- Actively work on/participate in driving a Lean continuous improvement mindset and culture, and support the Change and Sustainability processes;
- Provide Consultation on Lean expert advice on Continuous Improvement activities;
- Provide expert knowledge on workspace optimization, manufacturing layout design including implementation of continuous flow and pull systems;
- Provide advice to Management, Sponsor or Project Leader with information on Project costing, Benefits and justifications (e.g. ROI, potentials or needs for Project Budget)
- Ensure Project/Workshops/Events meet agreed Targets, Milestones and Timelines
- Master or Bachelor degree in Electronic, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering; Business fluent or native-language English (written and spoken);
- Minimum of 5 years Work experience in Manufacturing environment;
- Minimum of 3 years Hands-on experience/Practice in Lean/Continuous Improvement activities;
- Experience in leading, training and coaching teams in Lean/Continuous
- Improvement activities;
- Good Knowledge in AUTOCAD drafting will be an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and support to all Fixture & Tool related topics in day-to-day operation
- Perform Failure Analysis of Fixture & Tool issues, identify Root causes and develop repair procedure including component level
- Based on TPU request, duplicate Jigs &
- Fixtures based on existing design.
- Actively review existing design and identify simplification or modularization of fixture without affecting product quality
- Buyoff of Repairs, Replacements based on an existing drawing
- Independently and actively provide technical feedback and sharing of daily experience for existing product portfolio in Fixture & Tool related matters to R&D/Value Engineering and other relevant parties
- Take over new Fixture & Tool from IE or TD during Prototype or Pilot phase
- Develop and maintain maintenance plans for Fixture & Tool
- Background in Electronics, Mechanics or Mechatronics;
- Business fluent or native-language English (written and spoken); Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing environment;
- Active application of Problem Solving tools and methodology leading a team of Engineers;
- Competent in GD&T Geometric dimensioning and tolerance Competent in PCBA and other technical drawings and the relation to Fixture & Tool designs
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation and reporting at daily SFM
- Manage and coordinate (potential) product deviations
- Review risk assessment and prioritization of (potential) product deviations
- Application of problem solving methods
- Moderation and delegation of work packages to subject matter expert
- Conduct production process audits Conduct reviews and releases for product transfers (PEP and P2P)
- Initiation, definition and planning of improvement projects (based on aligned prioritization)
- Application of improvements across all production area Traceability of product and production process
- Manage and coordinate delivery, production and store locks as well as rework and scrap activities
- Other tasks as assigned by manager
- Degree in Quality Assurance,
- Electronics, Mechanics or Industrial Engineering;
- Business fluent or native-language English (written and spoken); Minimum 4 years direct quality working experience;
- Familiar with production processes applied by a SME for industrial sensors and process automation devices;
- Root cause analysis and problem solving methods;
- Understand about IPC Standards.
