IT SUPPORT 
Persyaratan : 
  • S1 Jurusan Komputer atau sejenis.
  • Diutamakan yang sudah memiliki pengalaman dalam hal IT support meliputi: support daily IT Issue (trouble shoot hardware, software, dan jaringan 
  • Menguasai sistem operasi windows 10, 11, dan windows server
  • Memiliki kemampuan dalam penanganan incident cybersecurity (menyelesaikan action item yg ditentukan global team jika ada incident)
  • Menyelesaikan service request dan incident ticket yg d release via service now.
  • Mampu, mahir, disiplin, dan terampil dalam IT asset management serta administrasinya. (Asset deployment, repair, disposal menggunakan service now dan sistem lainnya)
  • Dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik dengan users (bisa berkomunikasi dengan bahasa inggris is a must) Memiliki Critical thinking dan good logical problem solving skill.

Qualification/Experiene
  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent Familiar with SAP (or other ERP software), understanding of MRP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Good communication skills to collaborate with relevant departments
  • Team player, Positive and Initiative
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Replenishment Management
  • FLUENTLY KOREAN SPEAKER AND WRITTEN
  • Sales Order Processing and Customer Delivery Dates management
  • Processing of Purchase orders to suppliers & conduct regular reviews with suppliers.
  • Monitor delivery status of open purchase orders/sales orders and take appropriate action on expedition, escalation or shipping mode intervention to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Manage aging purchase orders/sales orders and ensure replenishment is fulfilled
  • Identify pre-shortage situations and take appropriate actions to minimize potential stock out/late delivery
  • Manage and coordinate with other stakeholders on customer complaints related to orders/transportation/shipment discrepancy and provide quality response in the best possible time. 
  • Performing gap analysis of committed vs actual delivery dates from Vendors
  • Prepare and participate/lead in Short Interval Meeting and Monthly Performance Review with Vendors/Customers for improvements
  • Management of Key Performance Indicators Through Global dashboard 
  • Participation in project management for new flows setup (eg. UAT testing)
