TOOLMAKER

Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly and debugging of press tools. 
• Perform servicing and repair of tools to support production needs. production.
• Perform regular maintenance and trouble-shooting of existing tool to support requirements. • 
• Monitor spares usage and highlight to Engineer when stock run low.
• Provide technical support to production line to achieve technical & quality
• Propose practical ideas to increase on performance & efficiency of tools. . Any other duties assigned by superior and/or management.

Requirements:

• Diploma from Mechanical Engineering
• Good conversant in English.
• Interpretation of technical drawings, knowledge in Tool Servicing, Tool Assembly. Tool Trouble Shooting skills and dimension inspection in the metal stamping industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in order to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work as a team member with diverse group of people Analytical with a methodical approach to problem solving.

BUYER

Responsibilities:

• Place purchase orders with suppliers for the procurement of production material as required by . Manage the inter-company flow or materials between warehouses locations. 
• Manage and resolve issues regarding PO to invoice discrepancies, returns and quality problems • 
• Ensure and promote compliance to Company and Procurement policies and procedures. manufacturer.
• forecast and the production schedule. 
• Monitoring status of open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of all materials, including timely resolution, communication, and mitigation of future potential problems. 
• Expedite or defer orders as required based on schedule/inventory changes.
• Determine and establish optimal inventory levels based on forecast, demand variation and material lead times. 
• Coordinate material flows throughout product/BOM changes, obsolescence. with suppliers.
• Provide back-up support for supply chain functions including shipping, receiving, material handling and other duties as assigned.
• Setup & maintain material master system planning parameters (MOQ, lead time, safety stocks)

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree from any background.
• Good conversant in English.
• 2-3 years of experience in a buyer/planner/material scheduler role working for a direct
• Expert applied knowledge of SAP, Oracle, forecasting, MRP, transportation, supply chain, inventory management and warehousing disciplines.
• Able to influence others & manage conflict.
• Ability to self-direct and take constructive action in ambiguous situations. . Analytical with a methodical approach to problem solving.
