Required skill:
- JLPT N1 N2 (Written and Speaking)
- Communicate well in Japanese and English
- 3 Years experience in translator and factory field
Job description:
Responsibility for all translation task i.e read through the original and rewrite in the target language, ensure that the meaning of the source text is retained.
Translating in both languages i.e from English to Japanese, Bahasa to Japanese and vice versa Report to Japanese client in Japanese.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate effective communication between Japanese speaking engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders within the company.
- Interpret technical discussions, meetings, and presentations, ensuring accurate and clear communication between Japanese and English speakers.
- Provide accurate and timely translation of technical documents, specifications and engineering report from Japanese to English, and vice versa
- Assist in preparing and reviewing technical documentation, product specifications, in collaboration with the engineering team
- Stay up to date with industry specific terminology and trends to ensure accurate translation of engineering related content.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Japanese and English, with written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Proven experience in translation or interpretation, specifically in an engineering or
- manufacturing setting
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration and communication withing a diverse team.

QA Manager
- Leading the team of QA Engineers and act as substitute for QM Head
- Leading and developing the methods and efficiency of QA team.
- Lead the claim improvement program
- Review and release of the external 8D reports To support QA engineers in claim analysis
- Lead the periodic QA Meetings
- Lead the weekly QA line tour
- Lead the six sigma improvement activities
- Report Quality Situation to Management
- Act as a back up for QM Head in his/her absence Responding to queries like product quality, audit request etc. from external parties
- Provide support to other departments
- Signing documents (overtime, time control slip, sample boards, design review documents)
What you should have:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering discipline
- Experience in manufacturing sector (preferably in an MNC), preferably in Quality control functions
- Experience of working in ISO/TS or ISO 9001 Quality system environment
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance methods and Quality Management System
- Knowledge of working with computers using Microsoft office programs
- Able to communicate well in English, (spoken and written is a must) and Bahasa Indonesia
- Good interpersonal and analytical skills
- Lead and guide teams
- Strong leadership skill is required
