TOOLING ADMINISTRATOR
Requirements:
  1. Diploma graduated or above
  2. Able to communicate in English (speaking, listening, reading, writing)
  3. 2-3 years of experience in the similar production industry
  4. May consider internal transfer too if available and suitable 
Job Descriptions:
  1. To create, maintain, update production BOM in the systems for Batam site
  2. To assist Project Engineers for various administration work, such as raising Material Testing Request, Mould Service/ Repair Sheet etc
  3. To complete the ECN process by following up with various departments for closure and signing off on the ECN sheets
  4. To follow up on quotation, PO, billing for various activities such as tool modifications, material testing etc
  5. To manage samples sending to various customers
  6. Others project administrative works that may arise from time to time
