We, a leading Aquaculture Company, are now Hiring a Specialist User Support role
Requirements :
- Minimum S1 (Information of Technology or other related Major)
- Basic Networking skills: routing, TCP/IP
- Computer Skill: MS Office, Google Workspace, etc
- Familiar with the Mikrotik Router
- Able to work effectively in a team
- Hard worker and have a strong responsibility
- Good Communication Skills
- In-depth Knowledge of LAN, WIFI, hardware and software troubleshooting, CCTV
- Licensing & troubleshooting OS (windows & Mac)
- Programming skill
Job Description :
- Check and ensure that all computers, printers, scanners, and applications used by users can be used and are connected to the network.
- Ensure that user data on the computer is protected from unauthorized user access.
- Ensure and implement a regular operating system, antivirus, or application updates
- Repairing damaged user computers
- Create or assemble networks and data cables
