- Maximum 32 years old and must possess at least a Diploma Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Have a minimum of three years of experience in a similar position
- Good communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Able to speak Japanese will be beneficial
- Good analysis and detail-oriented
- High loyalty, willingness to learn, and honest
- Willing to work under pressure and face challenges
- Willing to work shift
- Placement : KIIC - Karawang

- Allocated people for production
- Set up a working manual referring to efficiency process and quality standard
- Prepare machine and tool for the production process
- Conduct improvement
