Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Hiring Company : PT Texchem Indonesia, South Jakarta

  • Involvement in day-to-day operation of Finance & Admin Department.
  • Responsible for month-end closing.
  • Preparation of monthly & quarterly financial reports (including Balance sheet schedules), yearly budget, forecasting, cashflow and other reports as required by management on a timely manner.
  • Manage all financial activities (account receivable, account payable, cash management, reimbursement, and any other related activities.
  • Overseeing invoicing, purchase order, logistic.
  • Manage operational tax compliance matters including preparation and submission of monthly and yearly tax report (Corporation Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax, statutory tax requirement etc)
  • Liaise with external parties, including auditors, tax agents, bankers.
  • Handling Human Resources tasks (coordination on monthly payroll preparation, BPJS).
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned from time to time by the management.

Job requirements

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of working experience in related fields.
  • A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or Professional Qualification.
  • Possess good understanding of Financial and Operating system flows and processes, strong knowledge of IFRS, PSAK and Tax Regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application and knowledge in any ERP system or ACCPAC system will be an added advantage.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated and good working attitude.
  • Independent & strong team player.
  • High integrity and able to work effectively within tight deadlines.
