PT. Ananta Auto Andalan adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan (dealer) salah satu brand otomotif premium asal Jepang. PT Ananta Auto Andalan diresmikan pada 8 Maret 2016.
PT Ananta Auto Andalan berkomitmen penuh dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kepada setiap customer. Mulai dari penerimaan ketika customer visit ataupun menghubungi by phone, education product knowledge, proses pembayaran dan administrasi kendaraan, pengiriman kendaraan kepada customer, serta repair and maintenance kendaraan.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  1. Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality and standards and meeting the expectations of the customers.
  2. Responsible for all Customer relation administration related to the new car delivery process.
  3. Support all customer relation event 
  4. Plan and execute gift preparation for customer retention. 
  5. Coordinate with related parties to prepare delivery gifts for the smooth running of the new car delivery process.
  6. Customer experience warehouse management system.
  7. Responsible for nominative reports.
  8. Develop new gifts for the targeted lineup.
  9. Responsible for the internal retention program
  10. Performs other duties as assigned 

 

Job Requirement:


  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in any major
  • Min. 1-year experience in a luxury hospitality industry/banking/ Customer Relations/related professional area.
  • Pleasant grooming
  • Able to work multi-task, adaptable, initiative, disciplined, meticulous and well-organized
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skill

 

Working Days: Monday - Saturday

Clothing: Formal (Shirt + Tie)

Language: Indonesian
